  4. Switch off the gas and add the paneer and coriander and mix well. Keep aside.
  5. Slit each hot dog roll horizontally using a sharp knife. Apply 1 tsp of butter on each side
  6. Take one roll and on the lower half of the roll put paneer bhumi and spread it evenly.
  7. Close the roll and apply butter on the top of the roll and grill in greased preheated sandwich griller for 5 minutes till they turn crispy and brown from both the sides.
  8. Cut each sandwich diagonally into 2 equal pieces.
