- Take dough make one portion.By hand roll thick chapati.with the help of fork make marks so it would not rise.
- Heat pan add some ghee roast chapati from one side.now turn it apply ghee to chapati.apply sauce, spread all veggies on it press gently now spread grated coconut all over chapati.again add dollop of ghee and on low flame cook for 5 mins. Ir becomes crispy like thin pizza base.
