- 1 cup Sliced frankfurter
- 1/2 cup Sliced lettuce
- 1 tablespoon Crayfish powder

- Add oil into a clean wok
- Add onion, pepper mix, allow to fry for 5mins add the frankfurters stir and continue cooking
- Add the carrots, green peas, runner beans stir and continue the cooking
- Add the green pepper, crayfish powder, salt and seasoning stir all to combine and let it steam Cook for 3mins
- Add the cooked rice stir to combine allow to steam well into the sauce, then add the scrambled eggs stir allow to steam together
- Then add the lettuce 🥬 and spring onion, stir to come and let it all steam for another 3mins
- Served and enjoy with your favorite protein item and drink of your choice.
