  1. Heat butter on low flame. Add both cumin and mustard seeds and allow to splutter. Then add curry leaves, urad daal, chana daal and saute on low heat.
  2. Add the cooked basmati rice and saute for a minute. Now mix roasted peanuts, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, sugar and dry ginger powder. Mix well with light hand.
  3. Switch off the flame. Bring down the Rice pot and mix the whisked curd.
