  8. Pan main pani dal kar rice k ilawa all boiling ingredients dal kar boil any per rice wash kar k add karein jub rice 90 to 95 % cook ho jaein flam kar k pani drain kar lein
  9. Pan main half boil rice add kar k food clour water msin mix kar k half rice per spread karein biryani korma half spread kar k isi trha second layer laga kar simmer per 10 mint rakh dein
