- Wash dal and soak for 1/2hr.
Wash rice and soak for 1/2hr. - Heat ghee in a cooker.Add cumin seeds pepper asofoetida and curry leaves peanuts add chopped onion potato chopped ginger chilli garlic paste and saute till onion looks pink colour. Now add boiled dal turmeric powder and salt mix properly n add water and bring one boil. Now add rice rice and 2glass water mix properly and close the lid.Whistle 4-5.Turn off flame.
