  16. Curd for Raita with chat masala
  17. 350 ml Milk

  1. Wash meat properly,
  2. Put meat into a pan add all ingredients with 2 spoon salt. Mix well and put on medium fire for 45 minutes to tender meat.
  3. After tendering meat put 150 ml milk and few drops of saffron water and keep in a side.
  4. Now take 3 liter water to boil rice on high flames.
  5. Add few bay leaves and cinnomon sticks. Add 6 spoon salt also in boiling water.
  6. After boiling water put pre soaked rice and boil till rice cooked upto 75 percent.
  7. When rice cooked upto 75% drain all water immediately.
  8. Now take another pan put half of boiled rice in bottom and add all meat in it.
  9. Add rest rice on meat.
  10. Now put saffron on top of rice, add rest milk also.
  11. Cover it well and put on very slow fire for 20 minutes for dum cooking.
  12. Serve in desired dish plates with raita.
  13. Raita: make raita with adding chat masala in curd some yellow chilli and garlic may also be added.
