- 1/4 tsp yellow/orange food color

Instructions to make to make All Spice Biryani(Mother's Recipe)
- Add all grinding spices in grinder..and grind well keep a side,
- And grind well keep a side,
- Add coriander,green chilli, water in blender,
- Blend them,keep asides.(do note make fine paste)
- Now boil the water then add, cloves,cinnamon stick,cumin seed and bay leaves and salt....
- Mix it and add soaked rice in this water and boil it,do not boil completely and drain out, keep aside
- (do not boil completely) drain out, and keep aside,
- Heat the oil and add onion let it brown..then take out small portion from it,and set aside,
- Now add meat ginger,garlic paste,in remaining brown onion,
- Then meat change their color add green paste,freshly grinded all spice powder, coriander powder
- Add salt mix well and add water,mix again cover it and let it cook until meat get tender.
- Now add yogurt mix nicely and cover it until meat get tender completely then add green chilli..
- Reduce the few water from it,then add boil rice on top,drop purified butter,and sprinkle food color..
- Add kewda water and fried onion..
- Cover it nicely, cook on high flam about 5 minute, then cook on low flam for 10 minute
