  22. 1 tbsp Chilli powder
  23. 1 tsp Turmeric
  24. 5 tbsp Biryani masala
  25. 2 tbsp Ginger garlic
  26. 1/4 tsp Yellow colour

Steps to make to make Mintango Chicken Biryani

  1. Soak rice for few hours.
  2. Blend together sauce ingredients.
  3. Marinate chicken with all the ingredients along with some sauce.
  4. Leave it for 1 hour.
  5. Chop onions and 3 tomatoes and slice the remaining 1 tomato.
  6. Boil rice with whole spices.
  7. Heat oil in a pan.
  8. Add in onions and fry till translucent.
  9. Add in tomatoes and cook till they are tender.
  10. Add in green chillies,chicken and sauce.
  11. Cook till chicken is tender.
  12. Add in sliced tomato,rice and colour.
  13. Cook covered on dum for 15 minutes.
  14. Serve hot.
