- 1-2 tbsp khalis ghee
- 2-1 tsp zeera
- 3-1 tsp chopped garlic

- 1-8 pieces chicken
- 2-1 tsp garlic paste
- 3-2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4-1 tbsp soya sauce
- 5-1 tsp red chillies powder
- 6-1 tsp chat masalah
- 7-1 tsp yogurt
- Rice
- 1-2 cups
- 2-2 tbsp ghee
- 3 - salt to taste

- Wash and soak both the daals.
- Boil water and add salt, haldi, red chillies powder, ginger and garlic paste.
- Add daal and green chilli. Cook till tender.
- Give tarka of garlic and zeera.
- For chicken roSt. Marinate chicken with yogur, red chilli powder, chat masalah, soya sauce, lemon juice and yogurt.
- Add little oil in chicken and cook till tender.
- For rice. Soak rice for atleast 30 minutes. Boil water and cook rice. 4 cups water in two cups rice.
- Add salt and ghee and cook till tender.
