- 4 tbsp Gram flour (besan)
- 1 1/2 cup Yoghurt sour

- 4 Dried red chillies
- 1 tsp dry coriander seeds
- 1 tsp carom seeds(ajwain)
- 2 tbsp Desi ghee
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
