  2. 3/4 cup yogurt
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  5. 1 tsp crushed cumin
  6. 1 tsp garlic paste
  7. 1 onion chopped
  8. 2,3 tbsp coriander chopped
  9. 1 green chilli chopped
  10. 1 cup gram flour
  11. 1 egg optional

Instructions to make to make Rice pakoras

  1. Soak rice with yogurt for 1 hour..
  2. After 1 hour mashed with hands..
    Do not over mix..
  3. Tip: I used leftover cold rice so I used handy for mashing.. just 1 time..
  4. Now add garlic paste, salt, red chilli and cumin.. mix well
  5. Tip: you can do above step before frying and refrigerate..
  6. At the time of frying add veggies chopped and gram flour..
  7. Mix well..
  8. Now deep fry in hot oil..
  9. Use spoon after 4,5 min..
  10. Fry till nice golden colour appears..
  11. Enjoy with imli chutney..
