  3. 1/2 cup green peas
  4. 1/4 cup cashews

  7. 1 tsp jeera
  8. 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  9. 1 pinch hing
  10. as per taste Salt
  11. French fries
  12. 4 potatoes

  14. as needed Oil for frying
  15. Grilled Paneer
  16. 200 grams paneer
  17. as per taste Salt
  18. 1 tsp Pepper powder
  19. 1 tbsp chaat masala
  20. 1 tsp kasuri methi
  21. as required Oil to roast
  22. Butter masala gravy
  23. 3 medium sized tomatoes roughly chopped
  24. 2 medium sized onions roughly chopped
  25. 1 tbsp minced garlic
  26. 1 tsp minced ginger
  27. 1/4 cup cashews
  28. 1 tbsp curd
  29. 1 tbsp butter
  30. 1/2 tsp sugar
  31. 2 crushed elaichi
  32. 1 inch " cinnamon stick
  33. 2-3 cloves
  34. 1 pinch hing
  35. 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  36. 1 tsp dhanya jeera powder
  37. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  38. 1 tsp kasuri methi
  39. 1 tsp garam masala
  40. to taste Salt
  41. Saute vegetables
  42. 1 cup carrots cut in long strips
  43. 1 cup peas
  44. as per taste Pepper powder
  45. as per taste Salt
  46. 1 tsp oil/ butter
  47. Assembling of sizzler
  48. 1 cast iron pan
  49. as required Few cabbageleaves
  50. 1 tbsp Butter

Steps to make to make Butter Paneer Sizzler in a Pan

  1. Soak the rice for 1 hour. And boil the rice after 1 hour adding salt in water. Drain off all the water and let it cool.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan, add jeera and hing. Let it splutter. Now add cashews, peas, ginger green chillies paste and cover and cook on low flame till peas are soft.
  3. Now add coriander leaves and rice and mix it very softly. Peas Pulao is ready.
  4. For french fries peel the potatoes and cut into fingers. Keep it in the fridge and fry it after other all things are ready for sizzler. This will keep the french fries crispy.
  5. Now prepare the paneer. Mix chaat masala, salt, pepper and kasuri methi and mix everything. Now pour this masala on the cubed paneer pieces and coat every piece with this masala and keep it aside. Let it marinate.
  6. Now prepare the gravy. Heat oil in a pan. Add elaichi, cinnamon, cloves, kasuri methi, hing. Let it splutter. Add garlic, ginger, onions, cashews and cook till it is well cooked.
  7. Now add tomatoes and salt and cover and cook till tomatoes are mushy. Now cool down the mixture and churn it into mixer to fine paste.
  8. Now again heat oil in a pan and add chilli powder, turmeric and dhanya jeera powder and add the puree. Add curd and sugar to it. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame and adjust the consistency by adding water. And finally add butter and switch off the flame.
  9. Now heat a pan, add oil and roast marinated paneer pieces and grill it from all sides.
  10. Now remove the potatoes from fridge and fry them in hot oil till crispy.
  11. Now again heat butter or oil in a pan and saute the vegetables (carrots and peas) (you may choose vegetables of your choice) add salt & pepper. Don't fully cook it.
  12. Now comes the assembling of sizzler. Heat a cast iron pan on high flame and heat it for 2 minutes. Now lower the flame and apply little oil on it. Cover it with cabbage leaves. Place pulao, french fries, grilled paneer pieces, and heat it for sometime. Put some pieces of butter below the cabbage leaves to make that sizzling sound. Remove from flame and pour really hot gravy on top of it.
  13. Delicious sizzler is ready to serve.
