Ingredients and spices that need to be Prepare to make Mutton biryani:
- 1/2 kg mutton pcs
- 600-650 gm dawat biryani rice
- as per taste Salt :marination
- 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbs curd
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp Pudina leaves
- 5-6 bay leaves nos small
- 5-6 cloves
- 2 pcs cinnamon
- 4-5 cardamoms
- 2 black cardamom
- 8-10 black pepeer corn
- 2 star anise
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 Onion chopped
- 2 Tomatoes chopped
- 4 tbs Oil
Steps to make to make Mutton biryani
- First marinate mutton with curd salt garam masala red chilli powder ginger garlic paste and keep aside fo 1 hour.
- Now take 2 glass of dawat biryani rice that I am always using it. Wash thrice and soak with 3/1/2 glass of water for half an hour.
- Marination is ready after one hour now heat oil in a cooker add cumin seeds. Cinnamon cardamom big bay leaves etc and fry for a seconds to aroma came.
- Now take a cotton cloth to tie cloves black peppers green cardomom and add in when roast the mutton.
- Now add onion cook till golden. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste saute for a minute add tomatoes and cook till leaves the oil.
- Now add marinated mutton and saute till leave the oil and add 1/2 glass of water we are using rice water same in which we soaked rice.
- Give whistle 4-5 or till 90 % done now cool the cooker or steam releases add rest of water with rice.add coriander leavesand pudina leaves
- Meanwhile fry long slices of 2 onion and fry cashews also and boil the eggs also for decoration and serve
- Fry papad and make mixed veg raita for biryani side dishes
- Now checkthe salt if need add it and cook open pan after one boil slow the gas and cook till absorb water and done.
- Garnish with golden slices of onion cashews and egg serve hot with mixed raita and enjoyed
