- Ab ise aik pan main dal kar cover karein aur medium flame par 30 mins ke lye chor dein chicken ache se cooked hojai then corn flour mixtur dal kar mix karein and 5 mins cook karein and charcoal ka smoke dilwai
- Now take 2nd pan us main oil dalen onions dal kar golden colour ane tak fry karein now add all remaining ingredients mix well
- Aik pan main 4 liter water salt vinegar 1 tbsp spoon dal kar boil ane dein boil ajai to rice dalen aur cook karein 70% tak
- Now add potato in the masala mix karein aur 1 cup water dal kar 50% cook hone dein now add rice half glass of water mix karein aur medium flame par dum dein
- Plate mein pulao nikaal kr chicken rakh dein. Serve and enjoy
