- Oil for deep fry
- ⏺️Vaal daal subji
- 250 gram sprouted Vaal dal
- 2 spoon oil
- 1 spoon carom seeds
- 1 spoon turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 spoon green chilli paste
- 1/2 spoon garlic spoon
- 1 spoon sugar
- 1 spoon mustard seeds
- 1 spoon oil
- ⏺️Panchkutiyu subji,
- 1 nos. small purple yam
- 1 nos small sweet potato
- 1 nos. Medium size potatoes
- Oil for deep fry
- 1 spoon cumin seeds
- 2 nos dry red chilli
- 1/2 spoon ginger chilli paste
- 2 nos boiled eggplant
- 1/2 cup boiled papdi
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 spoon asafoetida
- For masala,
- 1/2 cup peanut powder
- to taste Salt
- 2-3 spoon oil
- 1/2 spoon turmeric powder
- 1 spoon red chilli powder
- 1 spoon coriander
- 1 spoon green garlic
- 1/2 spoon sugar
- ⏺️Mori daal, rice and Gujarati kadhi
- 100 gram curd
- as needed Water
- 2 spoon chickpea flour
- 1 spoon cumin seeds
- 6-7 cloves
- 5-6 nos curry leaves
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 spoon turmeric powder
- 1 spoon green chilli paste
- 1 spoon chopped coriander
- For spluttering
- 2 spoon ghee
- 1 spoon mustard seeds
- 1 spoon cumin seeds
- 6-7 curry leaves
- 2 nos. Cloves
- 2 nos. Dry chilli
- 200 gram rice
- 100 gram tuvar daal
- ⏺️For Puri,
- 100 gram wheat flour
- Oil
- Oil for deep fry
Steps to make to make Anavil wedding thali
- For the aamras, squeeze the juice of mango and put it to chill.
- For Idla, first soak rice and lentils for 5-7 hours. Then crush it in a mixer. Do not make a very smooth paste. Now add yoghurt and soda bicarb and ferment again for 7-8 hours. Now after fermentation, add salt, ginger, chilli and stir well. Grease oil in a plate and preheat steamer. Now pour batter In it.
Let it steam for 15 minutes. Now take off the plate and let it cool down. Then to slice them in square. pour mustard and oil tadka. - To make the patra, mix gram flour and sorghum flour in a bowl. Now mix all the remaining ingredients in it. Now add water as required and prepare batter. Now take a bowl and put a batter on it. Take a smaller advi leaf and put a batter on it and roll it. And make vita. Now let this Vita steam for 20-2 minutes in Dhoklia. After cooling, make pieces from it. Now deep fry these pieces in hot oil.
- To make Vaal ni daal subji, take oil in a cooker. Add mustard seeds to it. Add green chillies, garlic and a little water. Now add turmeric, red chilli, salt and sugar and mix. cook on low heat in the cooker.
- To make Panchkutiyu vegetable, deep fry yam, sweet potato, potato pieces. Now mix all the ingredients of spices in a bowl. Now take oil in a pan, add cumin, ginger, chilli paste and saute. Add spices. After one minute, add boiled eggplant, papdi, water and let it rise. Then add sweet potatoes, yam, potatoes and mix. Saute for 3-4 minutes.
- Mori dal, rice and Gujarati kadhi, first for kadhi put curd, water and chickpea flour in a deep bowl and grind. Now put all the remaining ingredients in it and bring to boil on gas. Now put ghee in pan and add mustard seeds, cumin, cloves, curry leaves, dried red chilli. boil the rice in the cooker. For Mori Dal, steam Tuvar Dal then add salt, turmeric and water and bring to boil for 2 minutes
- To make puri, knead wheat flour. Make round small puris. Now deep fry the small puri.
- Now put everything in a plate and serve with salad, papad, moriya, chutney.
