  26. 3 drops red food colour
  27. 2 cups water

Steps to make to make Navratri  thali

  1. For Potato cauliflower curry: At first, boil potato and cut both vegetables.
  2. Paste clove, pepper and ginger green chilli.
  3. Then put oil in a pan and fry cauliflower.
  4. Now,put ghee in pan.
  5. Then,add both the vegetable and fry it.
  6. Then,at the time of saute add all the paste in pan,dry mango and coriander powder.
  7. Add rock salt,sugar and saute it with some water.
  8. Then dry curry is ready with coriander leaves.
  9. Potao okra chat: Boil potato and cut both of them.
  10. Next,put ghee in pan.
  11. Add both the vegetables in ghee in pan.
  12. Add dry mango and all the paste and rock salt on the veg.
  13. Ready the dry chat of potato okra.
  14. Raita: take amul curd in a bowl.
  15. Whisk it with a fork for smooth.
  16. Then, add pomegranate, yellowish globules and stir gently.
  17. Mix them with rock salt, paste of pepper and cloves with curd.
  18. Curd coriander chutney: Take curd in a bowl.
  19. Then,paste coriander leaves
  20. Mix the paste with curd and make a chutney.
  21. Chisel pakora: Knead chisel in plate.
  22. Now add pomegranate,peanut,coriander leaves and rock salt
  23. Next,mix it with flour and make small balls.
  24. Put oil in pan on the gas for fry.
  25. Then,deep fry the balls and make fry chisel ball.
  26. Potato pakora: Take boil potato and mash it.
  27. Then,add coriander leaves,pomegrante,flour, peanuts.
  28. Then mix all of them with rock salt,green chilli,paste of clove and pepper.make big balls.
  29. Now,fry them in oil.
  30. Rasmalai:Next,take chisel and knead with some flour.
  31. Now, make small balls.
  32. Then,press the balls in our palm and make a circle.
  33. Boil the chisel circel in water.
  34. After some time,take the soft circles from boil water
  35. Then,boil the milk on induction
  36. Boil milk with food colour and sugar.
  37. Next, put the circles in milk and continue boiling
  38. After that, the chisel circle turn into rasmalai.
  39. Apple suji halwa: Grate the apple.
  40. Then,dry roast the semolina in pan.
  41. Then,put ghee in pan
  42. Add semolina and apple in pan.
  43. Stir it in ghee with milk and sugar.
  44. Next,saute it in pan with dry fruit.
  45. After sauting some time the halwa will complete.
  46. Last, puri : Take flour, boil potato, ghee and rock salt.paste of clove and pepper in a plate.
  47. Mash the boiled potato in flour and mix it.
  48. Then,add water and knead a dough.
  49. Make a log and cut it into equal slices.
  50. Roll each the dough ball into thin circle by a rolling pin.
  51. Put the pan with oil in gas.
  52. Now tempt the oil and put the circle in oil.
  53. Then take the puri from hot oil.
