- Wash dal rice fenugreek seeds and poha then soak for 3 to 4 hours
- After 4 hours grind in mixer grinder and keep in warm place for 3 to 4 hours for fermentation
- Make simple idli... Grease with oil idli plates.divide idli batter in 2 part in one part add soda and salt makes gradually then pour idli batter in all idli greased plate.
- Then steam for 10 to 15 minutes.in 15 minutes your simple white idli is ready.
- For stuffing... soak green peas for 1 hour and.then cook in pressure cooker until become a soft.
- Now heat oil.add mustard seeds, cuminseeds, asafoetida,green chilli paste,curry leaves,beans and Capsicum.saute it. When beans little Cook then add turmeric powder Garam masala and cooked green peas.
- At last add coriander and lemon juice.mix well and cool down this mixture.
- Now maker stuffed idli add soda and salt in idli batter.mix gradually.then greas oil to all idli plates.pour little idly batter in all cavity.then put peas stuffing then cover with idly batter again.
- Now steam for 15 minutes.After 15 minutes your stuff Idly is ready to serve.
- Enjoy with healthy idly.
